The 19th Symposium of the International Dostoevsky Society will be held from June 16 to 19, 2026, at the Centro Cultural de la Cooperación, located in downtown Buenos Aires.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES OF THE SYMPOSIUM
: Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese.
Each speaker will have 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for comments.
IMPORTANT DATES
Abstract submission deadline: March 1 – September 15, 2025.
Abstract acceptance deadline: October 1, 2025.
Program submission deadline: January 15, 2026.
NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS
The number of exhibitors will be limited to approximately 150.
It is required to be up to date with membership in the IDS, NADS or the SAD (International, North American or Argentine Dostoevsky Society).
REGISTRATION COST
Exhibitors: $100.
Students (with certificate): $50.
CULTURAL PROGRAM
On June 20, the Organizing Committee is planning a day trip to Colonia, Uruguay.
Details will be announced by March 1, 2025.
HOTELS, FOOD
There is an endless supply of hotels and restaurants in the vicinity of the Cultural Center of Cooperation (Avenida Corrientes 1543).
The organizers plan to offer a welcome luncheon on the first day of the Symposium. Coffee and pastries will be served in the morning. Coffee and soft drinks will be available throughout the day.
A closing dinner will be offered on the last day at a central Buenos Aires hotel.
